Are you interested in learning our
industry?

Guardian Fire Protection offers robust training to become a Lead Technician. We want our Apprentices to make a lifelong career out of the fire safety industry and offer paid hands-on development training. Our Apprentices are involved in a mentorship program and work directly with licensed Guardian Fire Protection technicians onsite, observing customer inspections, repairs, or installations. We believe the best way to learn is through experience and support our Apprentices every step of the way.
